How do I make a reservation?

Is there a deposit for my reservation?

Yes. Upon booking a $500 CAD reservation fee will be charged to your credit card. This fee will be fully refunded within 5 business days after check-out, if the suite is maintained in good condition.

What is the cancellation/change/early termination policy?

Cancellation: a 14-day advance written notice is required for a full refund of the reservation fee.

Extension: a 14-day advance written notice is required. Extension is subject to availability.

Early Termination: No refund will be issued for early check out.

What is the check in time?

Our check in time is 3:00 pm. After hours check in time is allowed if payment is made ahead of time.

What is the check out time?

The check out time is 11:00 am. Late check out time is based on availability.

Can I extend my stay?

Yes. A two week notice is required for an extension depending on availability. The price for of the suite will be prorated.

How do I pick up the keys?

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive instructions via e-mail. The keys are to be picked up from our head office 5 minutes away from the buildings 24/7.

How many people can stay in a one and two bedroom suite?

One bedroom: Four persons

Two bedroom: Six persons

There is a pull-out sofa bed available in each suite as well for two persons.

What method of payment is accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, cash, personal cheques and email transfers.

Do you provide cleaning services during the stay?

Bi-weekly cleaning service is available for a fee.

What is included with the furnished apartment?

All Furnished apartments include Utilities, High Speed Internet, Cable TV, Local Phone Calls, Fully Furnished Kitchen, Living Items and access to Gym and Swimming Pool.

Are there laundry facilities?

Yes, en-suite washer and dryer is available.

Why are specific rates not included on your website?

Rates often change due to the season and other factors such as property location, suite size, length of stay and more. For rates and availability, Please Contact us.

Are pets allowed?

Yes. There is a $200 CAD pet cleaning fee apply to each stay.

Do I sign an agreement?

Yes. Electronic agreement will be sent to you after the reservation.

How am I billed?

You will be billed every 30 nights by invoice.

Are there any hidden fees above the quoted rates?

No. There are no hidden fees to the rates quoted. Taxes are exempt on your accommodation rate for 30 night stays or longer. Any additional charges would be applicable to such items as long distance calls, extra movies/channels ordered or any damages to the suite.

How do I log onto the Wireless Internet?

The username and password will be provided to you in the check-in information package.

Do you permit smoking in your suites?

No. All of our suites are smoke free.

Is parking available?

Yes. One underground parking spot is available for $3 per night.  Additional parking can be requested for a fee, but it is not guaranteed.

Do you wash the entire bedding set?

Yes, it is freshly laundered bedding set guaranteed.  You can feel confident that you are sleeping in freshly washed bedding set when you stay with us. In addition to pillow cases and bed sheets, all pillows, comforters and waterproof mattress protectors are replaced for each new stay.

How do I get to your head office to pick up the keys if I am coming from the airport?

If you are coming from the airport, please ask the taxi driver to stop by our office to pick up the keys. The office is only 5 minutes from all of the apartments and will be on your way to the building. Our address is:

We have employees here from 9am-5pm (EST), Mondays to Fridays. Pick up for keys is available after hours for those who have made their payments ahead of time.
