What payment method do you accept for reservation?
We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express (Credit card must be registered under your own name).
How do I get the Reservation Fee back?
The $500 reservation fee is fully refundable at the end of your stay, subject to terms and conditions.
What will happen after I paid the Reservation Fee?
You will receive an electronic receipt immediately after the payment is accepted. A Reservation Confirmation e-mail within along with booking details will be sending to you within 24 business hours.
What is the cancellation/change policy?
Cancellation: 14-day advance written notice is required for full refund of the reservation fee.
Extension: 14-day advance written notice is required. Extension is subject to availability and new rate.
What is the smoking policy?
Smoke is not allowed in the suites.
