All our suites are in central Mississauga, close to Square One Shopping Centre, major highways, transit hubs, and business districts. You'll always be in a safe, convenient, and vibrant area.
How do I make a reservation?
You can book directly through our website, or contact us by phone or email to complete your reservation.
How do I choose a unit or location?
You can select your preferred unit type (1, 2, or 4 bedrooms) at the time of booking and let us know if you have a location preference. While specific locations cannot be guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate your request. All of our properties are centrally located and maintain the same high-quality standards.
What happens after I make a reservation?
You'll receive a confirmation email, payment details, and move-in instructions. It's a smooth, step-by-step process handled by our friendly team.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome in our units with prior approval. Please let us know at the time of booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made with at least 14 days' notice are eligible for a full refund of the $500 security deposit.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes! Extensions are subject to availability. Let us know as early as possible to secure your preferred unit.
What if I do not like the location allocated?
We do our best to match your preferences in advance. In rare cases you're not satisfied, we'll work with you to find the best alternative available.
How far is public transportation?
GO Transit, MiWay buses, and major highways are all within minutes of our locations.
Are restaurants and grocery stores nearby?
Yes — you'll be steps away from dining, cafes, and multiple grocery stores.
Is it safe?
Absolutely. All our buildings are secure with controlled access and located in safe, well-lit neighborhoods.
What is included in the rate?
All utilities, furnishings, and essential amenities — no hidden fees.
What is included in the unit?
Fully furnished living spaces with kitchenware, linens, and in-suite laundry.

Yes — electricity, water, heating, cooling, and internet are all included, and every suite is fully furnished.
What is in the kitchen?
Full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, cutlery, and small appliances like a toaster and kettle.
Do you provide dishes and cooking utensils?
Yes, everything you need to cook and serve meals is included.
What is the unit size?
One-bedroom suites are approx. 650 sq. ft., two-bedroom suites approx. 850–1,000 sq. ft., and houses up to 4 bedrooms.
